Legal Use

The services provided by BlackApple IT Solutions may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademark or material protected by trade secret and other statute or dissemination of harmful or fraudulent content. BlackApple IT Solutions reserves the right at all times to be the sole arbiters as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

System and Network Security

Any violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples of such violations include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.
• Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.
• Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks.
• Forging of any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.

Violators of the policy are responsible, without limitations, for the cost of labor to cleanup and correct any damage done to the operation of the network and business operations supported by the network. If a client is suspected of violating this policy, BlackApple IT Solutions reserves the right at all times to suspend all services to the client pending an investigation by BlackApple IT Solutions.

Password Protection

The client is solely responsible for protection of the client�s password(s) and for any authorized or unauthorized use of the client�s password(s). On application of a new service the client will be provided with default passwords for relevant services and the responsibility of changing these default passwords rests solely on the client.

Spamming

Clients are strictly prohibited of using the BlackApple IT Solutions network for the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or spam. Clients may not use or allow the use of the BlackApple IT Solutions network for the sending of UCE. A client shall not use another site's mail server to relay mail without the express permission of the site or distributing, advertising or promoting software or services that have the primary purpose of encouraging or facilitating UCE. Violation of this policy will be met with severe penalties and may result in the termination of services. If a client is suspected of violating this provision, BlackApple IT Solutions reserves the right at all times to suspend all services to the client pending an investigation by BlackApple IT Solutions.
